Key Research Areas of TRUST

The key research areas of TRUST are organised into clusters ensuring greater focus which to enable a stronger and networking among members.

Every cluster is dedicated to a different subject area. However, the clusters are connected in a variety of ways such as joint methods and/or research topics. An additional connection exists in form of two Linking Clusters named ‘Theory’ and ‘Knowledge Transfer’. They fulfil a crucial bridge-building function which, on the one hand, forms the theoretical, conceptual framework for the thematic clusters and, on the other hand, concentrates all research projects and communicates key findings and results to the public for further discussion.
